To those who (unfortunately) did not sign up at our CO booth during the CCA fest and want to join CO, you CAN still join us!

as ya'all may already know, TPJCO will be conducting a CO-nnection day (read previous blogpost for more details) next wed (10 feb). so if you are interested in joining CO but did not sign up at our booth, you can still join CO by attending the CO-nnection day. J1s who are reading this blog, pls help to spread the words around your fellow schoolmates. :))

Tampines Junior College Chinese Orchestra was formed in 1990 with the aim of promoting the awareness of Chinese Orchestral music in the college. The development of the Chinese Orchestra has been made possible due to the unwavering efforts and patience of all our conductors, past and present, namely Mr. Cheng Chung Hsian and in particular, to our present conductor Mr. Liu Bin. The support of all our Principals and teacher-advisors over the years has been fundamental in rendering the possible success of the Chinese Orchestra.

In 2011, the Guzheng Ensemble was formed and took part in our first Singapore Youth Festival(SYF) competition.
